When a vision becomes reality

The Vision of Nature 360

Welcome to our vision for the Cantley community

We are proud to present this unique and eco-friendly development project in a prime location where forests, rivers, and mountains come together naturally, much to the delight of outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers.

In our goal to ensure the preservation of the environment, we have worked closely with an engineering firm and the Ministry of the Environment to arrive at this final project, which complies with environmental quality laws. After a rigorous analysis of the site by the Ministry of the Environment, a certificate of authorization was issued in the summer of 2025.

Far from spoiling the landscape, this eco-friendly development aims to create perfect harmony between homes and wildlife by setting aside 105 acres (4,573,800 square feet) as a nature conservation area. This will give residents, through acquired rights, a unique living environment with two access points to the Gatineau River, currently unavailable, walking trails, bike paths, and lookouts with postcard-worthy views, previously off-limits to the public.

This nature-focused development promises an exceptionally rare living environment for those who wish to put down roots there.

Together, we have the opportunity to tell the municipality that we want to respect the developers’ acquired rights to allow for quality residential development while having a positive impact on the Cantley community.

Who are we?

Who are the owners behind the Nature 360 project?

Nature360 is supported by local people with deep roots in the communities of Cantley and the Outaouais region. Several groups currently own all of the land involved in this project through corporations. Each of these groups is made up of Outaouais business people with varied expertise who are committed to developing a project that will benefit the entire community. Among them are Pierre-Hugues Fortin, Martin Baril, and Mathieu Vaillant.

  • Pierre-Hugues is a well-known entrepreneur who has been involved in the municipality for several years. He is also the owner of Golf Mont-Cascades, located near the Nature360 project.
  • Martin is a highly experienced businessman who manages several companies in the Outaouais region and Ottawa. As spokesperson for the project, he has contributed to various articles in local newspapers and is available to answer questions from citizens and the media to ensure transparency with the community.
  • A resident of Cantley, Mathieu puts his experience and energy to work for his municipality. Involved in several projects and committees, he actively contributes to local development while managing several businesses established in the region.

With a group of owners who are so experienced and involved in their community, the citizens of Cantley can rest assured that Nature360 will be carried out in the best interests of the community.
