Our Project

About the project

Imagine a place where nature reigns supreme

That’s the promise of Nature 360, a unique residential development where only 318 oversized lots will be built on a vast 800-acre site in Cantley.

Our vision is to create an eco-friendly living environment where nature is a priority. In fact, more than 75% of the land will remain untouched, preserved from any development. This bold choice guarantees an exceptional quality of life surrounded by nature.

In addition to preserving the ecosystem, Nature 360 offers privileged access to trails, bike paths, two access points to the Gatineau River, and several lookouts with spectacular views of the river. One of the lookouts will be located on the majestic Mont Lorne, which until now has been inaccessible to the public.

Preserving this environment for future generations is our priority. That is why we will donate 105 acres of land to the municipality.

Nature 360 is not just a residential project, but an invitation to live in harmony with nature.

On November 2, in addition to electing the next municipal council, the citizens of Cantley will also have to vote on the Nature 360 project by answering this question:

Considering that this could have financial and environmental impacts, do you agree that the municipality should disregard the acquired rights of certain residential or recreational tourism projects submitted before the adoption of the new urban planning regulations?

The essentials

Plan, protect, and preserve

This eco-friendly residential project became a reality thanks to several professionals.

The watchwords were: plan, protect, and preserve.

Our plan was designed to help you understand the unique layout of Nature 360. This plan highlights the recreational infrastructure that will be available to the public.

You will notice that more than 75% of the land will remain in its natural state.
