Imagine a place where nature reigns supreme

That’s the promise of Nature 360, a unique residential development where only 318 oversized lots will be built on a vast 800-acre site in Cantley.

Our vision is to create an eco-friendly living environment where nature comes first. In fact, more than 75% of the land will remain untouched, preserved from any development. This bold choice guarantees an exceptional quality of life surrounded by nature.

In addition to preserving the ecosystem, Nature 360 offers privileged access to trails, bike paths, two access points to the Gatineau River, and several lookouts with spectacular views of the river. One of the lookouts will be located on the majestic Mont Lorne, which until now has been inaccessible to the public.

105 acres preserved

Preserving this environment for future generations is our priority. That is why we will donate 105 acres of land to the municipality.

Nature 360 is not just a residential project, but an invitation to live in harmony with nature.
